This Shipping Policy sets out how Roomiva manages order cut-off, handling time, transit estimates, free shipping, and tracking support. We value straightforward terms, clean explanations, and policy details that are easy to verify before checkout. The store currently serves customers in the United States, and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.

Before shipping jump ropes, we compare the order details with the product record and prepare the parcel for standard carrier handoff. Product support for jump ropes is handled with attention to material condition, missing pieces, packaging, delivery status, and the customer's original order details.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00.
  • Handling Time / Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after payment is successfully authorized through Shopify Payments.
  • Transit Time: 7-13 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8-16 Business Days, including order processing and transit.

Business Days are Monday-Saturday and do not include public holidays or carrier closure dates. If information must be verified before dispatch, we may email the customer before the order moves forward.

SHIPPING COST

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required. Standard shipping is provided at a cost of 0 USD for eligible orders, and the checkout Shipping field should display 0.00 USD for standard delivery.

DELIVERY AREA

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Customers should review the shipping address carefully before payment, including unit number, postal code, region, and phone number when required. If delivery cannot be arranged to the address provided, we will contact the customer. The policy language is written for customers in United States, with delivery, return, and support details aligned to the current store setup.

SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS

We partner with reliable couriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items.

An order can ship in more than one parcel when item size, packaging protection, inventory location, or carrier routing requires it. Any split arranged by us remains covered by the same free standard shipping promise.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via our Order Tracking page or directly through the courier's official website.

When a parcel is delayed, damaged, or not updating, contact us with the order number and any carrier details or photos available. We will review the shipment information and assist with a practical resolution.
